It may agree to some effort to peel pomelo, but I love the mildly sweet flesh. Its so much better than grapefruit, in my opinion! I was inspired to goal it in a Thai-style salad that was a little sweet and a little biting as soon as hints of spice and funk. Enjoy!

  3. 2 tablespoons harshly roughly chopped salted peanuts

  5. 2 tablespoons lighthearted mint leaves, torn
  6. 2 tablespoons hot water
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped palm sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  9. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  10. 1 Thai nature eye chile, chopped
