This is a common recipe brought beside through my family. My grandmother made it, my mother still makes it, and we all love it to pieces! It is enormous left beyond or chopped into a vivacious green salad. I love this ham glaze because it is simple, easy and delicious!

  1. 1 (10 pound) fully-cooked, bone-in ham
  2. 4 cups boiling water, or as needed
  3. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  5. 2 tablespoons dry mustard powder
  6. u00bc cup honey
  7. 1 teaspoon well-ventilated light lemon juice, or as needed
  8. 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  9. 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  10. toothpicks

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place ham as regards a rack set in a roasting pan, and with intent pour about 1/2 inch of boiling water into the pan beneath the ham.
