I served this for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was a BIG hit! It tastes better if marinated for at least 24 hours.

The ingredient of Asian Asparagus Salad in the manner of Pecans

  1. 2 pounds buoyant asparagus, trimmed
  2. u00bc cup rice vinegar
  3. u00bc cup soy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. 2 teaspoons sugar
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. u00bd cup chopped pecans
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

The instruction how to make Asian Asparagus Salad in the manner of Pecans

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil, and cook the asparagus until throb but crisp. Drain, and briefly immerse in Cool water.
  2. In a large, resealable plastic bag, fusion the rice vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Seal the asparagus in the bag. Marinate 24 hours in the refrigerator. Sprinkle the marinated asparagus past pecans and green onion to serve.
